| Roy Spencer has been working as a management consultant since 1977, leading major strategic change projects designed to improve company performance. Change and change management has been a constant thread running through the whole of his career and his strength lies in his ability to move from shop floor to boardroom whilst at the same time covering the systems, human resource and organizational development issues in a wide range of cultural environments.
In 1992 he was awarded an MBA, his dissertation focusing on the formation of teams to deal with unstructured business problems. Subsequently, Roy has worked on radical organizational change and the development requirements of joint client/consultant teams in providing holistic solutions and has delivered training in consulting skills as far away as India. He has coached senior executives on the integration of cross border businesses and written papers on successful companies and how they stay ahead.
His interests outside of work are classical music, opera and ballet, pursuits that are easily followed in Russia. His other interest would be gardening if he had enough time to pick up a spade when he was at home. |
