Our intention upon incorporation was to break out of the traditional mould of consulting organisations by creating a mechanism in which freelance consultants can work together and compete for larger and more stimulating consultancy assignments and where corporate strategic partners, bring specific niche market competences to make wider client offerings, again while maintaining independent market identity. Over the years since inception, we have developed a form of consultancy organisation which can be depicted as follows:

The competences we take to the market place are focused on all aspects of the strategic change process. The definition of our products evolves with the development of our strategic alliance base. These competences and products are presented to our clients in the form of capabilities and programmes which are drawn from the international consulting experience of the Allied Strategies' directors and the members of its Consulting Association.
