Martha Birtles specialises in Organisational and Leadership Development, Performance Improvement and Change Management. She works at senior levels to analyse the gap between strategic intention and the organisation's capability to deliver. With a systemic focus, she is a catalyst for defining corporate change management programmes, coaching the executive team to be the leaders of change and working with teams to implement it.


Martha also helps functions, such as HR, IT, Finance transition to a customer focused, consultancy type role. She guides executives in effective corporate governance, global strategic leadership, organization culture integration, global diversity management, and cross culture team development. As well as having many years consulting experience, Martha has a Master of Science degree and extensive senior executive experience in blue chip organisations. Industry sector experience includes: financial services, aerospace, electricity supply, chemical processing, transport, research and development, and pharmaceuticals.

Martha is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the American Society of Human Resource Management and the Institute of Directors. She has worked in the US, Europe, the Middle East and extensively in both Asia and Latin America.
