| Ian Gibson is an experienced manager with a background in interim management and business consultancy at board level with some of the major players. He has led major development and change management programmes in multi-national corporations, involving process improvement, organisational change and personal development. He has considerable practical experience in the development and implementation of business information, management reporting and control systems to support such programmes. His experience includes major projects working as a mentor and “shadow” to client’s finance, commercial and programme management staff, helping them develop and use new skills and behaviours. As a business manager he has held senior management and finance roles in a number of manufacturing businesses. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FCMC) and a Chartered Management Consultant (CMC). He has a passionate interest in the business of business and a hard-edged practical approach to his clients’ problems. |
